Every producer of waste has a legal duty of care responsibility to dispose of their materials in a proper manner, whether they are hazardous or not. This applies to all materials, even those sent for precious metal recovery. The Environment Agency regards these as waste under their regulations despite their value.

We handle hazardous wastes including cyanide solutions and acids.
We will advise you on the best way to treat your materials, and complete all the necessary Environment Agency documentation on your behalf.
Our fully trained staff will collect from you, and you can be secure in the knowledge that your goods are fully insured both whilst in transit and at our premises.

Kaug Refinery Services Ltd is licensed as a waste disposal site; we are also accredited carriers of waste, and our drivers hold ADR training certificates to carry dangerous goods.
