• We don’t pay you without advising you of the value of your jewellery in advance
• We don’t pay you and then make you return the money if you’re not happy
• We don’t quote you one price on the website and then pay you another
• We do advise you of the value of your jewellery prior to payment
• We do let you decide whether to accept our offer or have your jewellery returned

No cost…

• We do send you a postage paid & insured pack for you to send us your jewellery
• We don’t charge postage to return your jewellery if you decline our offer
• We don’t have a hidden ‘valuation’ or ‘administration’ fee if you decline our offer
